airsense 11 cutting off in therapy

Long time cpaper

got a airsense 11 auto set yesterday and had worse night of sleep in my 30+ years.

problem is during the night it cuts off. I have it set to auto on and auto off. so it cut off about 20 plus times during the night. it required me to take a deep breathe to turn it back on. that is fine to go to sleep or after taking a pee but not to be aroused because machine is not working and taking a big breath. 

the lady that sold it to me said they were having this problem with full face masks but not nasal. i use a patel eon2 nasal I think its called and it does not leak. very impressed with the mask.  The machine is to far away to turn it on and off with a button. No problems ever with my AS10.

anyone else with this issue? did you find a solution?

This problem has been reported by others ..
Turn Off the auto on off feature .. Turn it on with button on top ..
It should work without shutting down at night ..
Mask type doesn't matter ..
