bjbeck04 - Therapy Help
I was diagnosed with mild OSA with AHI 3.0 and RDI 6.9. I attached my nights sleep as I begin this journey and wonder if I might have UARS instead as I have seen that increased flow limit can be a sign of it. I’m newbie so any thoughts or information would be helpful. If this is UARS will a straight CPAP pressure be more helpful than APAP pressure. Currently I have APAP pressure of 4-12 but still constantly waking up. Please let me know your thoughts. And any info on reading and understanding this report would be helpful too.
Thanks!

RE: OSA or UARS
We all get lost in the definitions, and they're really not all that helpful. The bottom line is you have sleep-disordered breathing, and applied pressure / resolution of obstruction is the first appropriate line of treatment. Yes, you likely do qualify as having UARS.
A good starting point would be to increase your minimum pressure and narrow your APAP range, provided you can tolerate it.

Most of us don't know how to read what you have posted. If you download Oscar, a free program that lists a great deal of information that does not show on your posting, and post a chart or two, we would be much better able to help you.

Weird Flow Rate HELP
Having trouble figuring out what I have such odd flow rate throughout the night, when there are no flow limits or apnea events. These often wake me up and just trying to see if anyone else has had this issue or seen this issue. Like, what caused it and how did you fix it? I posted a snip of Oscar data at time.
