question new machine

hello all
i receive my new airsense 10 (same model i was having)
i insert the sd card and configure all setting in the admin mode like the other except the humidity because i don't remember what it was befiore it break
when it detect the sd it's formatting the sd ?
so the data is lost ?

Usually new machines have a SD card in the machine, if you keep your old machine leave the old sd card in the old machine and place a new 32 GB card or less GB in new machine.
 Do not go over 32 GB is Maximum for SD card because machine will not format it properly from my understanding.
Keeping your old SD card and locking it will save the information if it is needed for reference later.

so it's to late it reformat it :-(
