When I tried to get a copy, and the test interface hardware, ResMed told me they were not worried so much about fraud. They were more worried about allowing untrained individuals to change hardware sensor settings on an FDA-registered device available only by prescription.

OK thanks, that make sense. Yep, controlling repairs in FDA controlled devices does sound right.
