I use the AirSense 10 set on 5-20. I only have been using for 2 months and most of my apneas are Central.  Like last night numbers were 
AHI 22.6

AI 19.9

Central Apnea 16.1

Does anybody know how I can improve my numbers ?

I have a fib and take many pills for various reason.

Your CA's may be pressure related due to the large pressure range you have set.  In order to provide better help, I strongly suggest that you download #SleepyHead and collect your data for review.  It will provide a better insight into your apneas.  Look at the bottom of my post for help topics.

Using an Apap for two months with mostly central apneas should be followed up with your doctor.

Please download the #SleepyHead software and let us know your 90% pressure reading, also
the breakdown of obstructives, hypopneas, and clear airways.

I believe you may need to be on an ASV machine, but being you have afib, this needs to be brought to the attention of your sleep specialist or cardiologist.

Turn off EPR if you are using it. That alone should cut CA events in half. Limiting pressure to the most effective range of not more than 5-cm, that prevents OA without increasing CA will complete the optimization, provided your problem is not true complex or central apnea. We would be glad to help you get this dialed in.

As has been said, You need to bring the doctor into this and you may need a titration sleep study and a change of machines. A review at 2 months would be best practice.

in the meantime, would you like to get this working as well as it can for you? As has been suggested, download sleepyhead and post some charts. It is more than likely that the forum can improve on what you have.

I just had a new study done 2 months ago and was given this machine at these numbers. The sleep tech said because I didn't get much sleep I would have to do the study over but the Dr. said just put it on automatic and I would be ok. Prior to that I had a study done 5 years ago and the tech said I should be set at 11 but I don't believe we had the auto ones  then.

Welcome, even with the auto machines most people benefit from dialing in their settings. If you want the most effective help here you will need to post data.
