changing from AirSense 10 to 11

changing from AirSense 10 to 11
I have about five years of data in Oscar from my AirSense 10.  I just received my new Airsense 11.  Are there any steps that need to be done in Oscar before importing the AirSense 11 data?  When I import data from the Airsense 11 card to Oscar, will Oscar add the data to my PC AirSense 10 data files OK?
Thanks.

Yes! The only thing that really changed between the two models was some file type extensions. If using the old AS10's SD card, it is a good idea to format it to a FAT32 to remove any old data. The good news is the AS11 isn't limited to the 32GB maximum card size.

I would say rather "It is necessary to format..."

The ResMed machines write their serial number in a file in the root of the SD card, so each machine requires its own SD card.

Thanks.  I’m using the old AS10 card, and have reformatted to remove all old data.  AS11 seems happy with it and I’ll check the data written by AS11 after a night’s sleep.
