RE: failure to record 2nd part of night
That is a mystery that I didn't care to follow up on with ResMed about as they wanted me to send me the data on the questionable nights. Since I was able to resolve the problem it didn't matter to me why the machine did that just that it was controllable by me resolving rainout issue. Sorry, I don't have the answer for you on the why it happens.
