full face to nasal mask

I'm finding my full face mask leaks when I'm back sleeping.

I tried the Kensington chinstrap and I thought it was terrible, my whole face ached and it didn't really stop my jaw from slacking.

I'm thinking of going to a nasal mask. I'll be happy to choose Resmed or F&P - they make good stuff.

How do I choose a size? small, medium or large.

resmed has a downloadable sizing chart. F&P probably does, too. or you can get a mask with a fit pack to try all of them.

Resmed does have a sizing chart - I think a small would fit, but do you think would a medium also work just in case ?
