RE: Are There Downsides to Generally Not Using Humidification?

But here comes the part where I'm different than almost everyone else. I use my device humidifier all the time, on full high 8 of 8, heated hose on 86° F, AND with a room humidifier running too!
Last winter, I was a bit chilly when getting ready for bed, so I kicked the furnace on. An hour later I was sitting in the ER at Kaiser.
I'd be up for having the humidity set on 8, but rainout would be a problem, so I run it up until I start getting rainout, then back it down a notch.
