RE: help reading Oscar Data and optimizing cpap settings
Welcome to the forum. It would help if you told us a little about what brought you here such a sleep study results, how you're feeling, an what you hope we can do for you. It appears that you've been on therapy since last July and your AHI numbers look pretty good although a little higher in the last week. The data you posted shows fairly high flow limitations which would be reduced with a change in EPR from 2 to 3. Please re-post with OSCAR data organized and posted as described in the links below. The most helpful charts are event flags, flow rate, pressure (not mask pressure), leak rate, and flow limit.

RE: help reading Oscar Data and optimizing cpap settings
Hello, my apologies I am new to the forum. Yes, i got the diagnosis in July 2 years ago, but gave up very fast on the treatment with the nasal pillows. About 2 months ago, i ordered a hybrid Face Mask due to realizing that I was a mouth breather. In the last month or so, I have been using my machine every single night and have noticed a significant improvement in brain fog, and only a slight improvement in my fatigue. I still catch myself crashing very often in the afternoon time. My goal for my treatment is to be able to fuunction the entire day without crashing, and have laser like focus and clarity. Like i stated, fog has improved significantly, however, it is still present time to time. If anyone can provide me insights on changes I can make to my machine to optimize my treatment, I'd greatly appreciate it! Ill post the suggested date below, thanks!

It appears you have EPR set at 2. Setting it to 3 will reduce flow limitations. It's hard to get the whole picture without seeing the settings and data to the left of the graphs. On the daily screen click on view and put a check in front of daily sidebar and that will be included in your screnshot.
