help with my settings

help with my settings
Hello everyone,
I've been using the loweinstein smart plus machine for a week now as a new user.
I'm still experiencing significant fatigue during the day, although I've somewhat adapted quite well to the nasal pillow mask.
my pressure is set between 6 and 12 cm.
Could there be something wrong with my settings? My deep sleep levels remain very low.
I posted my Oscar data for last night
Thank you for your help

RE: help with my settings
If you could post your chart in the English language, it would be easier to read. But if what I "think" is your pressure graph, it looks like a roller coaster.

It appears you are using the exhale pressure relief setting that your machine offers to combat Flow Limitation, Hypopnea and Reras, so we need to look at your minimum pressure which I think is too low.

Let's narrow your pressure range by raising the minimum to 9cm, keep using the exhale relief and keep max setting where is currently is.

Repost in a couple days and we can go from there.

That's good, but is that with the adjustment I recommended?

Post another updated chart, as it could be of benefit to others that use the same machine.
