mask with built-in chin support?
After trying many different masks over the past three years, I have settled in with the Amara Vue. But with this mask, like many others, my jaw relaxes and slips out of the mask. My solution (which works) is to use a separate additional chin strap. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a mask that has a built-in chin support? If not, there should be. Thanks!

RE: mask with built-in chin support?
Haven't used a full face mask in years, so for all I know they are not being made anymore, but there used to be a mask (more than one??), that was specifically designed to go under the chin. Don't remember make/model, but that might work. It/they would have been more of a "traditional" full face mask, not like the vue.
I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. Good luck.

lionel197 - Usually an auxiliary chinstrap, or a soft cervical collar (SCC) is used for this. This allows you to use a mask of your preference, that fits your anatomy. The SCC additionally discourages chin-tucking while sleeping, a source of obstructive apneas. These devices are ready available at DMEs, many pharmacies, and online.

I used the Forma for a short while and it really did not prevent my mouth from opening. Just my experience.
