Many more centrals.  I thought you were getting use to the pressures and the centrals were diminishing.  First thing I would look at is the EPR - I thought it was at 1, please check - it is not shown on the left panel.  It it is 1 put it to 0 for the next few days.  The rest of the events look fine (3) in all.  We can't start working on the flow limits until the centrals are down.

How are you feeling, any more rested?  Your leaks were better so I hope your night was restful.

I'm sorry it took so long to get to sleep.  If you don't count the 4 Centrals before you go to sleep, you only had 5.  But you had more other types of events and your flow limits are still high.  Again, you have to give time for your body to get use to the therapy and the Centrals will hopefully go away.

The EPR cuts down the min pressure on exhale only and makes it easier to breath.  The best number to help get rid of centrals is no EPR but to get rid of the flow limitations you need the EPR...  So again if you can put the EPR to 0 for a few days so the centrals will diminish.  If you can't fall asleep with the pressure without the EPR try the ramp for 15 minutes with 0 EPR.  Later you can try again without the ramp.

I don't see any reason to change EPR. Your CA event rate is pretty low, and I bet if you go through the events, they will line up with changes (sudden reductions) in the leak rate. If so, the CA events are simply arousals when you subconsciously adjust your mask.
