New CPAP User, possibly Complex Apnea?

RE: New CPAP User, possibly Complex Apnea?
Yup all 3 centrals and even the one obstructive apnea were post arousal and not real apnea. I don't see any clear causes for the arousals so advice is to stay the course and continue to let body adapt to CPAP.

Oh great, thank you. Can the arousals be caused from the body still adapting to CPAP?

Yep, arousals can be anything, CPAP related or otherwise. Could be you had an itch, or you turned over or - as you say - you're adjusting still to CPAP. It could be a noise outside or the kids being too loud, needing to pee, thirst, dry mouth, an itchy nose (the bane of my life when I have an FFM on LOL) - literally anything.

Got in my knightsbridge dual chin strap, much more comfortable, and I was able to wake less. I changed EPR back to 3 since EPR 2 was slightly uncomfortable. Seems like my AHI jumped up slightly, mostly in the OA department. Should I bump up max pressure by 1?

In that detailed view see how the 3 OA occur after the large amplitude breath ~ 6:21:30? That was an arousal and the 3 following OA likely weren't real and probably occurred while holding your breath while changing position etc.
I would leave settings as is and monitor for a few more days to get an average to compare to.

I’ve kept the same settings for the past few days and think I am feeling better from day to day .
One thing that I noticed is that I’m sleeping nearly 12h a day now, is that normal? I used to sleep around 8-9h before CPAP |
