Actually the A10 holds at least 365 days of flow data on the card if there is space. It was the S9 series that only held 7days of detailed dats.


Sleepyhead has an issue calculating AHI with on a resmed machine with no flow data and the ahi comes up a much lower value. Put the SD card in the machine every night as the machine dies not store flow data and will only write it to the sd card when in use.

I didn't realise they lifted the detailed data storage on the 10. That is a good idea, the 7 day on the s9 is frustrating at times.
