resscan connectivity issue
i am using the latest version of resscan....6.0.2.13.  i have been downloading my daily history on both computers, a laptop and a desktop.  all of a sudden when i try to download from my sd chip, i get this message..."there are no devices available.  connect to a data card and try again"  it is the same on both computers and on two separate sd chips that i have tried.  i have a resmed airsense 10 and am aware of it cellular connectivity, which i use with the resmed myair software.  however, i like to also work with resscan software because it provides more details of my sleep history.  here's my question......does anyone have any idea why i am getting the above message on both of my computers and on two separate chips.  thanks.
