[split] OSCAR Problems on a Mac

Hi,

The new OSCAR won't start. I'm on a Macbook Air M2, running Catalina MacOs 15.1.1.
I've downloaded the new version, dragged the app to Applications and told the computer to overwrite the old version.
In the Applications folder I Option-click OSCAR and get the options 'Done' or 'Move to Bin'.
In the Readme.rtf the suggestion was to try this a couple of times, so I did. Same result.

Any ideas about how to get OSCAR running?

Out of curiosity, what happens if you double-click the OSCAR.dmg file?
