CSR Problem solved. 
Gideon suggested turning off EPR. That did not help. It probably works for most people. But, everyone is different.

I tried several different settings changes and finally found one that worked.
I turned EPR back on and set it to max value of 3.
That resolved the CSR problems.

Sometimes the solution is counter-intuitive. Normally we associate central events with the reduction of CO2 from bilevel pressure support or EPR, however you are not the first we have see that has the problem resolved by putting back the bilevel pressure. It is especially effective when we can increase trigger sensitivity to make IPAP trigger with less flow. That is a setting we use with the Aircurve 10 Vauto.
