Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

It was a small take home device. It attached to my chest that had a strap that measured rise and fall, the oxygen sensor on my finger, and the nose house that also ran to my mouth.

The results don't show the typical information for a sleep apnea test.
Like AHI number: (the number of times you stopped breathing per hour.). Or if you
experienced Central Apneas, RERA's, etc.

I would call my doctor and question this.

Thank you for your input. I also was wondering how to translate the results. I am waiting on the call, they said they would call me within a week or two. I was able to download the online results.
