what happened to me at 2 am?

Thanks guys. Yes, it is a regular pattern, though the exact time changes. I tend to wake up super early, sometimes with air rushing on my face, and then not be able to back to sleep. This morning I woke up bang on 2 am again. I can't see anything on the chart that explains why but I've attached the pic in case any of you sleuths can see something. Maybe I do need to get one of these collars though I have to say the thought of wearing a full face mask plus a collar fills me with despair. :-(
