You need to do more than monitor your position, you need to take proactive steps to overcome it.  The easiest is to buy and wear a soft cervical collar.  When I needed one I tried quite a few, but found that I liked the Caldera Releaf Collar (available on Amazon) the best by far.  It was truly comfortable and worked as well as others that were not comfortable.

Morning, I ended up trying the same settings I had on my old S9 machine again and results were positive for the last 2 nights. I was also able to get my leak rate down. See attached.
