Here, the correct settings are those that work best for the individual, not some textbook norm.

okay...I am not discussing this any further. you seem to have a serious mental block that says both obstructive and central sleep apnea cannot be improved to reduce pressure. both can be improved and pressure can be reduced. But I am going to be busy now with my work. thanks for your time on this.

FWIW Apnea Board isn't the place for childish games. Move along, nothing to see here. Looks to me like there's ZERO data to support whatever you're trying to be so clever about.

Serious threads discussing one's therapy are welcome in the Main Forum. Threads started in order to play mind games or berate other members are not welcome.
If you have a desire to discuss a topic without berating others or playing games, feel free to start a new thread.
