A screenshot of the Daily screen will provide a lot of information. Also, of the 4 screen options on the left side of the Daily screen, make sure that you have the (default) Details tab selected. You may wish to browse the links in my signature to help in understanding OSCAR. I think that's an accurate account. I'm having a telephone conversation with my specialist tomorrow. When I initially switched from the Resmed FX Swift to the Airfit P30i... there was a reduction in leakage, thus allowing for a more accurate AHI. With the FX mask, my leakage percentage was too often ranging from 34 to 36%... allowing me an AHI that ranged from 1.9 to 2.6. Now with the new mask, leakage has gone down to 24/26%... thus capturing a more accurate Hypopnea account... In the midstream of this, I experimented with swapping out the pillow for the nasal cushion on the P30i mask. But, found after a few days, that given my facial hair and the construction of my nose, that I wasn't receiving an effective air flow. Last night, I swapped out the nasal cushion for the pillows... and found both the seal and the machine's auto set in synch with my breathing. Really appreciate everyone being so supportive. Thank you so much! |
