Ok Dormeo.  Will do that and see how it goes.

Thanks

UPDATE:

OK, I'm back.  Following Dormio's suggestions, I changed settings on June 11, and have stayed with those settings until now.  Changes and results are as follows:

Settings changed on June 11/24 -
-EPR from 2 to 3
-Min. starting pressure from 7 Cm to 8
-Max pressure from 12 Cm fixed  to 13 fixed
** Auto Ramp continues to be ON

Charts from June 27 are included as they represent a typical night.  I included the Tidal Volume chart etc. because I think they may reveal something about the quality of sleep I am having.  The appearance of these charts vary significantly night to night.

A screenshot of the Overview screen is also included for comparison back to periods with different settings.

To recap - My AHI numbers are good, but OA events are my major factor.  I know they are not all that significant and I think my CPAP therapy is very effective, but I want to tweak the system for the best possible results.  My level of daytime wakefulness and wellbeing relative sleep is very good, I think.

Thanks for your feedback.

I don't see a big difference between pressures of 12 and 13 or between EPR of 2 and EPR of 3. I'd recommend that you stick with EPR of 3, just so you know you're doing the best you can for flow limitation. You could experiment with a higher pressure, but honestly your OA index is so low I don't think there's any real point. You're very well optimized at this point.

Thanks Dormeo.  That is what I was thinking too.
I would be very close to 0 AHI if there were no Centrals,  but I know they are a separate issue, and a minor one for me at this point.
Do the other charts (not Flow Rate) I included give any clues as to the quality of my “sleep architecture”? I have a lot of variability in those charts night to night.

Thanks for your help.
