I changed masks to the Resmed Activa LT; it's all I had readily available. The Large Leak went down to 7.26%. See attached Oscar report.
Still feeling a little tired in the morning. Wondering if the EPAP and PS settings need adjusting. Comments welcomed.

Your leaks are improved so congrats. There's a few random leaks so keep an eye on this.

Since you're on the ASV, I would suspect any therapy time beforehand might not have been ideal in treatment, and probably hadn't help promote the reversal of negative effects from Apnea. Unfortunately it's going to take time, some feel good effects from Apnea therapy quickly, others it can be weeks or months. If you're like most of us, Apnea probably was untreated for years, which cannot be undone with a short time on CPAP, BPAP, ASV therapy.
