Having the same problem RE: Taking mask off in sleep - nevian - 09-03-2024 Yes, I have seen a big improvement and have slept through the night with my mask on about half the nights in the last month. The game changer was that I have started duct taping my mask to my cheeks, one big strip per cheek/strap. Since my nasal pillow headgear doesn’t have any magnets to unclip, this has prevented me from taking it off in my sleep most nights. It’s not a perfect solution, but much improved over not having ever made it through the night with the mask. RE: Taking mask off in sleep - Big Guy - 09-03-2024 It's not normal to sleep with a mask on your face. Some people adapt quicker than others. Give it some time and keep at it. You'll get used to it............. |
