It's seems I am averaging 5 central apnea event per hour or so. That is considered high? For Cycle, should I leave at medium?

For Trigger, I was going to set Trigger to High, but I will set to Very High per your suggestion. Any drawbacks on this?

Thanks again.

No 5 central evens an hour is not high but most people would average 5 A NIGHT. they have to be at least 10 seconds to be flagged. Of course fewer is better.

Thank you Stacey! I set my Trigger to Very High and well as used a flatter pillow. I had ZERO central apnea events. My AHI was 3.4.

I still feel horrible, but I imagine after dealing with AHI of 60 for so long, this is not going to be fixed overnight.

I just did not expect to feel worse when I started using this new machine.

Thank you again!!
