Teeth grinding and jaw clenching - emmylouwho - 12-11-2020 What is everyone’s experience with jaw clenching and teeth grinding improving after starting therapy? I’m hoping mine will improve once I get going on my machine! RE: Teeth grinding and jaw clenching - Sleepster - 12-11-2020 I had a huge drop in teeth-grinding after I started on CPAP. RE: Teeth grinding and jaw clenching - sptrout - 12-11-2020 I did not have it (jaw clenching) until after using APAP for several months. RE: Teeth grinding and jaw clenching - weiss27md - 12-11-2020 Bruxism is usually caused by nasal congestion or just not being in deep enough sleep. It's usually related to reflux too. Stress could also cause bruxism. So bad gut health could lead to reflux which then irritates the nasal passages and causes them to close up causing poor sleep and bruxism. |
