Video recording yourself at night? - cyrial - 06-06-2023

Have any of you video recorded yourself at night in an attempt to correlate physical movements/events with sleep data? If so, did you glean any material insights that helped improve therapy? What was your recording set up?

I recorded my sleep when I first started out CPAP therapy.  It showed that many of my events were caused by holding my breath when I changed positions. I set the camera to record continuously, so I could match the video's timeline with (at that time) SleepyHead's data. It also allowed me to see non-event oddities, too.
