1 month into therapy and still struggling

RE: 1 month into therapy and still struggling
It's nothing to worry about. Most people that sleep on their sides can tuck their chin into their chest and cut the airway. You can probably do it while awake, just be very relaxed and tuck your chin deeply. That should cause resistance or occlusion of the airway. I often sleep on my side, and find if I pull a corner of my pillow between my shoulder and jaw, that tucking is not ever an issue. That's the mechanism, how you deal with it is mostly a matter of awareness.
