Seems with your pressure settings you are nearly in CPAP mode. Your min is 12 yet you spend 95% of your time at 13. Have you tried EPR at all? Now, I'm new to this. So don't take my word as gospel.

95% of pressure is 13, meaning 95% of the time you are below this pressure. Don't make the minimum that pressure, too much of a change. But increase it a bit. Can you show the machine settings, might be helpful to the experienced people here. You have consistent leaks, not large, but they might effect your therapy. Also do you use a soft cervical collar, do you sleep on your side? Did you have CAs on your sleep study? What mask do you use, still the Evora full face mask?
