10 AHI per hour with cpap - normal?

RE: 10 AHI per hour with cpap - normal?
I think you need to look into buying and wearing a soft cervical collar to eliminate your positional apnea.  This cannot be fixed by a setting change, you have to be proactive about it.  When I wore a collar I liked the Caldera Releaf Collar the best by far, as it was the most comfortable and worked as well as any others I tried.  Later I bought a child-size pillow (they are flatter than regular pillows) that has a raised front edge that tips my head back slightly (I sleep on my back) and solved positional apnea completely and comfortably for me.  I hope you find a happy solution that works for you!  Smile
