RE: 100 - 300 CA events in one or two batches during second half of sleep
I actually got a call from the Dr tonight.  He made the same recommendation of setting min and max pressures to the same and he is ordering a BIPAP in the morning (without needing to do another sleep study).  He said an ASV is needed for Complex Sleep Apnea.  He said I've had CAs from the onset and that mine was not CPAP induced.   He said we had to start with CPAP because insurance won't let you go straight to BIPAP.

In any case, I set min and max pressure to 7 (per his guidance) and if that doesn't change anything I will try 6.

Thanks for all your help and support so far.
