2 weeks in. Mask leak and flow limit

RE: 2 weeks in. Mask leak and flow limit
Thanks for the explanation. I kept seeing posts saying that the machines will not work under 4 cm. But what I'm understanding from your post is that it will just go to 4 cm and not go lower, effectively giving her variable PS from one to three? That makes more sense.

Hi!
Thank you for the reply.
I actually tried EPR1 last night and felt uncomfortable so changed to 2 again after a couple of hours.

Last night I couldn’t fall asleep and woke up suddenly after 2 hours and couldn’t get a full night sleep. Very broken.. IDK it could be not related to the machine.. but I felt the mask wasn’t fitting as well as the night before. It could be in my mind so I kept moving and touching it. and then I ended up taking off the mask and slept for another a few hours. ? It was frustrating and I am kind of worrying about tonight. It’s all trials and errors but I still want a restful night.
