There may be more settings involved in your therapy than just a straight 8 cm H20 pressure. You may have a much higher max setting causing you to swallow air. We would really like to help but we need more data. Here is screen shot of the stats..........

Hi wubisnotanabbreviation, A few Centrals showing up when on CPAP is not really Central Apnea. But you still may want to follow up on your treatment. If, as you say, you have Central Apnea, you may need an ASV machine to treat it. Start a new thread and a new conversation about your possible Central Apnea. You will find the subject very interesting. Rich

Your stats look excellent to me, aside from the leaks. (% of time above leak rate threshold 12.34% & 20.79%).
I can't tell how far above the leak threshold you were from that page. Were you aware of mask leaks during the therapy? I think you said that you downloaded SleepyHead, right? You will be able to see the times that the leaks occurred on the events graph and also on the leaks graph in the "Daily" section. The only other comment I have is that I think you have a ramp setting of 4.0, is that correct? Are you able to breathe comfortably when you first turn on the machine? Lots of people feel like they aren't getting enough air at 4.0 cm. If you feel that when you start the machine, you could increase the ramp start pressure from 4.0 to 5.0 or thereabouts.

green wings rightly points out your leak rate as something to look at. Your max pressure is quite low so I would be looking at your Full Face Mask to figure out why it is leaking. Mask issues are one of our most common problems. Are you pressing your pillow against the side of the mask and causing a leak? Are the straps adjusted properly?
