I have attached my latest OSCAR data and hope someone can give me some insight on CPAP settings I should tweak. My at home sleep study showed an AHI of 7.7 for the first night and 23.6 for the second. I have been slowly trying to acclimate myself to the therapy over the last 2 weeks initially only able to keep my mask on for 4 hours and gradually lengthening that duration. Last night I tried a cervical collar (Eliminator Sleep Cushion) for the first time but still saw some clustered apneas. Thinking I might turn off the ramp setting and see if I can fall asleep without it. Thanks for any thoughts on where to go next.

ADVICE ON RESMED AUTOSENSE 10 SETTINGS
I'm new to CPAP and have been actively reading posts on the forum to learn as much as possible. This site has been terrific in answering questions and helping me understand what successful treatment should be. The OSCAR software has been eye opening in giving feedback on what's happening during the night.

What I'd suggest since you're using EPR 3 is to increase your Min pressure to 7. Without that edit, you're not able to realize the full potential of EPR. Your start pressure of 4 cancelled out EPR 3 as the PAP can only go down to 4.

You have a 45 minute ramp time set, and that needs to go. Strongly recommend turning off ramp. I agree a minimum pressure of 7 and EPR full-time at 3 should provide good therapy and comfort. You have two large clusters of obstructive apnea. This is usually caused by chin-tucking or what we call positional apnea. Read the positional apnea wiki, and if the pattern continues, we will talk about a soft cervical collar as a possible solution. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea
