Help interpreting chart and improving numbers
Hi everyone!

I've been using my Dream Station APAP for about 15 months and definitely see an improvement in my energy level, etc. I use a P10 nasal mask, have Flex turned off, and my settings are 6.5 - 12.

My readings over the last year have averaged in the mid 3s to the mid 4s. I decided to try to improve my numbers and started using a cervical collar over the last 10 days or so. My numbers immediately improved to the mid 1s to mid 2s. Is this good enough, or can I improve further?

Attached is my chart from last night - I'd love any advice any of you may have.

Many thanks!

That's a question you have to ask yourself. The question is do I feel good. If the answer is yes than it's good enough. Most here would say under 2 AHI is very good.
