ASV back to lethargy
I thought I solved all the extreme tiredness problems I had with bad motor (low tidal vol) and upgrade to ASV. A few months later and suddenly back to extremely tired all day with great AHI numbers.
Any thoughts appreciated. PS numbers off by 3 hours. I need to put in new card and reset time.

RE: ASV back to lethargy
What settings are you using currently? With ASV, this will be mode, EPAP and PS.
On OSCAR, typical I myself monitored while using ASV are Events, Flow Rate, Pressure or Mask Pressure, Leaks. I skipped flow limits, because you will not affect those positively with an ASV without diminishing CA therapy effectiveness.

RE: ASV back to lethargy
mode ASVAuto
EPAP 6.0-12.0 PS 3.0-8.0 Extremely tired from wakeup until night. When I first started it was like night and day with borrowed ASV machine vs bad motor CPAP. Then new machine worked a few months. And like that one day fatigue just started up again - last time it was a faulty motor on CPAP machine. Thing is tired without mask also (tried no mask last night).

RE: ASV back to lethargy
If you feel like it, move 2 cmH20 from EPAP Max over to PS Max, equals the same overall IPAP Max. Maybe it'll feel different enough to help.
