Is there anything other than MRA to keep your jaw not falling back?
Hi all,
My question is for my UARS where my tongue/jaw fall-back is the main suspect for creating a narrow upper airway. I tolerate my bi-level well, but was thinking how to improve therapy (still not great) with the idea I can potentially lower my pressure if I had a way to make sure my jaw stays more into forward position. This should reduce flow limitations, but I am not aware of an "external MRA" to be used together with PAP therapy. A chin strap won't do (for me).
Anything commercially available?

Hi VGE.
Wondering if higher pressures are causing mouth to open and tongue falls back?
Maybe this happens when you are at your top end of pressure control?

I'm no expert and I'm new to PAP therapy, but I just picked up a Cordera Releaf neck collar after reading positive reviews on this board and I'm impressed how it keeps my chin from falling backwards into a recessed position. I've been using mouth tape for 2+ years, which kind of helped keep my jaw from sinking too far back but was far from great, yet the neck collar is a big improvement.
