RE: hammer44 - ASV Therapy Equipment Question
If you're wanting to know how to enter the clinical menu to do the setup, hold the Home button and then click the dial in together about 5 seconds with ASV plugged in.

Most editable values need clicked on to active the edit action, scroll with the dial, turning until the value you desire shows, click the dial again to lock the value.

Edit these:
Mode - set to ASV Auto
EPAP Min 5 and Max 15
PS Min 4 and Max 15
According to Sleeprider's suggestion
Search for Essentials and edit to Plus
I think you can exit now

After this, I think you scroll to the exit menu and click to return to the patient therapy area. Alternate I think clicking Home prompts exit.

Other settings you'll want to familiarize with, Ramp... As a former ASV user I will suggest keeping Ramp off if at all possible. There's also Smart Start and Stop which can automatically start and stop therapy after breathing through the mask or removing it. Sarcastic guy just turned ASV off with power button though. Humidifier and if a heated hose are connected, there's those settings as well. Humidity mode of manual is what I used, then it's 0 off up to 8 highest level. Heated hose up to I think 86°F.

Unless I missed something, that's pretty much it. Oh yeah, be certain you've got a standard 2-32 GB SD card, any brand, unlocked write slider, in the slot under the rubber flap on the left side to capture sleep data to be uploaded to OSCAR. I recommend you consider this, so you can self titrate and share data here for us to help with settings.
