AirSense 11 OTA update

My ResMed AirSense 11 screen indicated last night (27 July 2023) that a software update had been automatically applied. Today, my data is not transmitting. It is 2:30 PM local time and the ResMed MyAir app says my machine was not used last night, but the screen on my machine says I used my machine for 8 hours 21 minutes last night. My data usually has updated by 10:30 AM. My cell signal is at 2 bars, but that is what I always have. I don't know for sure this is a result of the software update. Is anyone else seeing this?

Not sure about uploading to the mothership (I'm more concerned with the SD card than MyAir or a DME) but everything else worked fine.

Yes, I have "lost" two nights of data visibility on My Air, which stopped working after this July 24 OTA firmware update was applied to my machine  on Thursday the 27th.  And the ability to connect to my Airsense 11 via Bluetooth is not working either.  That just produces a useless error message "Can't connect to your Machine"
Then it suggests that I re-enter all of my equipment data (S/N and Device Number) manually so it can create a new profile for the same machine.  I don't want to start an entirely new profile that will disconnect me from my existing history, so I did not do this.  

Being on Medicare, my DME has to have proof that I'm meeting compliance goals, or they'll cut me off from supplies.  Without the OTA updates, I will be forced to deliver an SD Card to the DME every monty, so this broken OTA thing will become a significant inconvenience if not fixed soon.

I'm having the same upload issues since the firmware update. It was already paired and had the serial number in the app since day 1, have never needed the Bluetooth again. I don't even know why they bother.

I've been assuming that just like last time, it'll be glitchy for a week and suddenly start working again. But it is irritating to not be able to look at the numbers when you get up in the AM.

You're not the only one affected, so the worst case scenario is they have to apply another hotfix to fix the broken update, rather than sneakernet to get your data to the DME like the olden days.

For people whose machine is not transmittingdata, I would suggest unplugging your macine for a minutr and then plugging it in again - in effect rebooting your machine, No guarantee, but rebooting fixes many thingss.

As for Medicare, the machine stores internally a years worth of summary data, which will b copied to an SD card to give to your doctor.

Res Med has put a notice on the app itself saying there's data delays. Rebooting isn't going to fix a thing. It's at their end.
