You could be using a card to cloud machine ..
They don't have a modem, So lack the ability to
automatically update .. Or Resmed may have a
different protocol for machines owned by hospitals
or clinics ..
From reading on the Apnea Board machines update
in groups of smaller numbers to avoid overloading
the cell phone system ..

pretty sure this one has a modem since MyAir is working and i have reception bars on the main screen but that was a good shout, i had no idea about those machines. Would Oscar report a C2C machine ? mine just says "AirSense 11 AutoSet (39480)"

I still haven't got the update from July 2023 (09.6.2) so i don't think it's staggered update deployment issue.

yeah i think it's either a hospital policy or a European regulatory approval thing. i will definitely ask my doc. some of those updates (connectivity and bluetooth ones notably) could be useful. pretty sure i'll be getting a new machine once i've proven compliance anyways.

Anyone know where to find the update and download manually and save to SD card to install?

My Resmed Airsense 11 Autoset updated to 11.8 yesterday.
I live in The Netherlands.

And I'm not too worried about the sound-fingerprint.
I am curious what do can do with it.

You can't do anything with it except turn it off. Resmed uses it to collect data
