ResMed 10 making noise
I’ve had my ResMed machine for a few years with no problems, until last night. As I was falling asleep, the machine started making a whistling noise. When I pressed the button to turn it off, it made a beeping noise. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and the same thing happened again. I’ve looked at the ResMed help documents and can’t find any mention of whistles and beeps. Any ideas?
Also, I have a ResMed mini that I use for travel. Is there any reason I can’t use that on a nightly basis at home?

RE: ResMed 10 making noise
Look in the clinical menu last item "About" I think. There should be run hours listed. Is that around 22K? That mark is about the end of life.
It either is getting too many hours, or there's the possibility the donut seals in the recess for the humidity tub are wearing out.
In the supplier list, it has a few listed as repair shops. There's may be more then those two. Maybe you'll need to call them up.
