There's snowflake icon right next to it, and that flashes as soon as my machine is stopped. The snowflake icon simply indicates the machine is cooling down.

 The post you replied to is 8-years old. SleepyHead development ended 5-years ago. OSCAR is its successor. Many improvements have been added, and the inaccuracies have been corrected.
