To Canuck2... your AS10 does also have the soft response feature you mentioned the AS11 has. In the clinical menu look for response.. choice is either soft or regular.

I think the ResMed 10s are their best models.  The 11 has a smaller motor and lots more complaints.  Newer is not always better.  I would get a 10 if I were you.
