Airsense 11 Voltage and auto updates
I've been using an Airsense 10 and am getting a new machine which i'm told will be an Airsense 11 - a couple questions on the 11.
I know its power consumpton is less than the 10 but I cant find the actual voltage INPUT at the machine ( or output at the power brick). I have an adapter for my 10 so I can run it off a car battery while camping and I need to make sure that will work on the 11
I see the 11 has "over the air" updates, can that be turned off? does over the air mean by Celluar and/or Wifi and/or Bluetooth? If it cant be turned off is that ONLY for firmware updates or can they do other things like access it remotely or disable/enable it remotely
I didnt look yet but I assume I can still get in to the clinical menu to make my own changes?

I just checked My AS 11 it uses 24v DC .. The plug at the machine is different then the AS 10 ..
I don't believe the up date feature can be turned off by the user .. The machine can be firmware
updated and settings can be changed remotely .. But I don't know of anyone who has had their
settings changed without knowing ahead of time .. In the U.S. it uses a cellular
connection .. This site has the clinician manual for down load ..
Good Luck with Your new AS 11 ..
Steve
