And my next post will be about the mark-up$$ on the machine or my anxiety over using it. Thinking-about

Nah, here's hoping that your next post is about how great you feel after getting some oxygen while you sleep for a change Smile.

I really hope so because that was definitely a zero REM night!

The machine is set up on my nightstand. I'm making myself stay up to 9. I handled the set up and the trial of the mask seal which took pressure to ten.... Higher than that has me worried. But I am determined to succeed.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I did manage to sleep! I fell asleep sometime after 3:30. And I kept the mask on for 7.5 hours. I feel weird and exhausted. Like I've been running on the top of a train all night. In a weird coincidence we also slept on a new bed last night. That added a bit to the adjustment process. I don't have my numbers yet because I left quickly for work.
