Airtouch F20 nose irritation

Airtouch F20 nose irritation
I have been using this mask for several years and absolutely love it , lately the bridge of my nose has develped a sore that will not heal, what is interesting is that it also feels sticky as if some of the adhesive from the foam is causing this to happen. I have changed masks and the problem continues, what I find very interesting is that my father uses the same mask and has developed the same problem.
1-has anyone else come across this issue ?
2-does anyone know if resmed made any changes within the past year to the F20 memory foam mask?

Thank you in advance for any thoughts on this

My husband did not like that mask either.  Since you have a sore spot that won't heal, you might want to switch to a mask that will not lie on that spot, at least for a while.  Or you could purchase a mask liner.  Lots of people here like the ones made by Pad a Cheek.

Good luck!

Hopefully the mask liners will help.  I put a band aid on that spot every night before masking up.  Also band aids at specific pressure points the mask causes to stop any facial abrasion.  Tried several sizes and found the size band aid that stops the abrasion, but doesn't cause any leaks.  I have also used a gauze pad (cut to size) with surgical tape over the sensitive area.  Both have worked for me.
