Any chages to be made to CPAP machine? No real guidance
Bumped up the min pressure last night from 5-7 and changed ramp time from auto to 30min. I included last nights data and overview of the last 30days

Let me know if there's anything else needed. Appreciate any insights you can give.

You have positional apnea and need to avoid chin-tucking to keep your airway open. This may be as simple as removing all but one pillow from under your head, to using a soft cervical collar to keep your airway straighter. I think you should go ahead and increase minimum pressure to 9.0, maximum 14.0 with EPR full-time at 3. Read our wiki on hte soft cervical collar and positional apnea linked in my signature. I think you will quickly see the pattern of clustered obstructive apnea and leaks that seem to characterize this problem. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar
