Any mask similar style to p10 but better venting?

Haven't checked into the Brevida. When I asked my DME supplier about the Nova they said I need to make an appointment for a mask fitting before ordering so I could ask about that one as well. I don't suppose they would let me try both because once I've breathed in them they probably can't sell them to anyone else, although autoclaving would resterizile provided they are autoclavable. Removable diffuser cover might be the best of both worlds since the diffuser is probably the quietest and could be removed if clogged. On the other hand I really want to try one with just vent holes as I think it might be easier to sleep with.
